08U - Coed Division is one of our larger age groups in Center Point. This group plays a small-sided version of the game, playing 4v4 (no goalies). They focus on expanding their skill base and rules of the game from our 6U program. Games are 40 minutes, divided into four 10-minute periods. Practices and practice times are made by the volunteer coach, and we recommend at least one practice a week during the season. They will have a 2023 Fall Season and a 2024 Spring Season. Those seasons typically run from mid-August through September for the Fall and from mid-May through June.

10U – Girls Division continues to play a small-sided version of the full game and is the first age division to add goalies. They play 7v7, 6 fieldplayers and a goalie. They continue to build on their skills with added complexity, a larger field, throw-ins, and a build-out line. They play a 50-minute game, broken out into roughly 12 1/2-minute periods. Their seasons are played with the Cedar Rapids Region 1112 at Tuma Sports Complex, and they have both a Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 season. The Fall season runs from mid-August through October and sometimes into the first weekend of November, while the Spring season runs from mid-March through May

12U – Boys Division continues to play a small-sided version of the full game. They play 9v9, 8 field players and a goalie. They continue to build on their skills with even greater complexity, a larger field, and throw-ins. They play a 60-minute game, broken out into roughly 15-minute periods. Their seasons are played with the Cedar Rapids Region 1112 at Tuma Sports Complex, and they have both a Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 season. The Fall season runs from mid-August through October and sometimes into the first weekend of November, while the Spring season runs from mid-March through May.
